Fitness-focused and committed to well-being, she finished her MS at Hawthorn University and received her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification from the International Sports Science Association. Ziegler is also active participating in breast cancer walks serving as an instructor at camps and has donated blood for Children's Hospital. Bodybuilder and television actress Ziegler was a part of Bones Castle Cold Case Hawaii Five-0. Dymatize began sponsoring her in 2015.
