Morgan Fairchild is an American actor from the United States. Her birth name is Patsy McClenny on the 3rd of February, 1950. Her fame grew from late 1970s until the mid-80s, when she was featured in several television programs, which generally featured glamorous looks. Fairchild began her career in The CBS Daytime soap drama Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. The first actress to portray Jenna Wade, she made her first appearance on the CBS soap opera for daytime Dallas in 1978. In the following year, she landed her first leading part for the NBC drama Flamingo Road (1980), that earned her an Golden Globe Award as Best Actress in a Television Series - for that series. The show was a short-lived ABC primetime comedy Paper Dolls. Later in 1985-1986, she played the lawyer Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild performed on stage and was a regular character in a variety of television shows, such as Murphy Brown.
